You are invited to come and enjoy a creative few hours at my Studio and Home in Lightwood and make your very own bangle bracelet! You can choose to make any of:
-two thin bangles
-a single thicker bangle
-a thick cuff bracelet
-two thin cuff bracelets
Skills taught include sizing your wrist, measuring the amount of silver needed, filing the metal, shaping the bangle, all you need to know about soldering, adding texture, and many other skills. All supplies, raw material and tool use are included in the price, and your bangle/s will go with you ready to wear at the end of the class!
This workshop typically lasts around 3 - 3 1/2 hours in total and is aimed at complete beginners, but all are welcome. This is a very hands-on class.
Refreshments and home-baked goodies will be provided.
Safety: If you normally wear glasses for reading, we recommend you bring these. Please wear old clothes that are not loose and closed-toed shoes. Long hair must also be tied back. We currently have no strict age limit on classes but please email us before booking a space for anyone under the age of 16 just to confirm this with us.
